1. Kitten Health & Care

All kittens will be:

• Fully vaccinated (age-appropriate)

• Dewormed

• Vet-checked

• Litter trained

• Socialized in a clean, loving home environment

Kittens are raised on high-quality food, exposed to household sounds, and handled daily for proper development.

2. Reservation & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.

• Deposit secures your chosen kitten and is applied to the final price.

• No kitten will be held without a deposit.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at pickup.

3. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• If you change your mind or cannot take the kitten after reserving, your deposit or payment will not be refunded.

• We may, at our discretion, apply your deposit toward a future litter.

4. Pickup & Delivery

• Kittens will go to their new homes at 16 weeks of age or later, depending on individual development.

• Pickup is available in Newmarket, Ontario (GTA area).

• Delivery may be arranged within Ontario at an additional cost, or through a trusted pet courier (case-by-case).

5. General Policies

• Kittens are sold as pets only, unless breeding rights are agreed upon in writing.

• Breeding rights may be granted under a separate contract and additional fee.

• We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a kitten at any time if we feel it is not in the kitten’s best interest.

• Kittens must not be declawed or rehomed without contacting us first.

6. Ongoing Support

We love staying in touch! We’re happy to offer advice, updates, and support — your kitten’s well-being matters to us long after they leave our care.

By placing a deposit or adopting a kitten from Blackstone Maine Coons, you agree to the above terms.
